Designing a Practical PMO Framework for Growing Delivery

The challenge
A growing delivery organisation lacked a consistent framework for project initiation, status reporting, risk management and escalation. Different working practices made it harder to compare projects and identify where management intervention was needed.
My contribution
I developed a PMO proposal centred on practical delivery needs: common project foundations, clearer reporting, explicit responsibilities and structured handling of risks and escalations. I translated the concept into management-facing material and reusable templates to support discussion of a consistent delivery approach.
Value for management
A concrete foundation for more consistent project oversight and informed prioritisation. The proposal gave leadership a reviewable approach to improving delivery visibility and supporting growth; implementation and adoption remain the next steps for realising those benefits.
