The challenge
An enterprise infrastructure service was preparing for operational handover across multiple administration tools and request workflows. The receiving team needed practical confidence in routine tasks, exception handling and escalation procedures.
My contribution
I structured transition topics around real operational activities, including service requests, administration workflows, access dependencies and troubleshooting. Preparation for reverse shadowing focused attention on the team’s ability to execute tasks and on unresolved prerequisites affecting takeover.

A practical framework for assessing handover preparation. By connecting knowledge transfer to operational scenarios, I helped stakeholders distinguish documented procedures from demonstrated capability and identify dependencies requiring resolution before responsibility transfer.
